Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our garments are specially handcrafted and made-to-order exclusively for you.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details as soon as possible.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued for eligible cancellations or approved returns in accordance with this policy.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • Products must be returned in their original condition

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Made-to-measure garments

  • Altered garments


Return & Exchange Policy

Once an order has been placed, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to assist customers with alteration services whenever possible.

Since all garments are tailored according to customer specifications and selected sizes, they cannot be resold.


Alterations & Custom Orders

Taara Varna will make reasonable efforts to accommodate order changes whenever possible, but:

  • Changes are not guaranteed once production has started

  • Additional charges may apply for modifications or alterations

Orders for alterations to ready-made garments cannot be canceled.


Handcrafted Garments Disclaimer

Our garments are hand embroidered and hand finished. Due to the intricate nature of the craftsmanship:

  • Embellishments may naturally loosen over time

  • Fabrics such as chiffon and georgette may experience pulls or rips

These are not considered manufacturing defects.


Repair, Replacement & Refund

If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the delivered product, Taara Varna may, after inspection:

  1. Repair the item

  2. Replace the item

  3. Issue a refund (if deemed appropriate)

The suitable remedy will be determined solely by Taara Varna.


Measurement & Fitting Responsibility

The accuracy of measurements submitted by customers is entirely the customer’s responsibility.

For tailored or altered garments, customers agree to attend fittings as required.


Delivery Timeline

While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for made-to-measure garments, orders are typically completed within:

9 – 12 weeks

from the date the order is accepted.


Collection Policy

Customers must collect finished garments within 30 days of notification.

Failure to collect items within this period may result in disposal of the garment without liability on Taara Varna.


Garment Care Instructions

To maintain garment quality:

  • Store garments separately in protective covers

  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes or water

  • Dry clean only through a reputed dry-cleaning service


Wrong Item or Manufacturing Defect

Customers have 24 hours from delivery to report:

  • Wrong item received

  • Genuine manufacturing defects

Quality Check Process

Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.

Quality control images are securely stored for up to 24 hours after delivery confirmation.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.


After Sales Services

Taara Varna offers after-sales assistance for clothing and accessories.

For fitting issues:

  • Most garments include an additional margin for easy local alterations

  • Alteration support can also be provided by us at additional alteration and shipping charges

Some repairs may be chargeable depending on the issue.
